As an Account Manager, you will offer customer success and project management services.



Offer excellent customer success services to our American authors. Coordinate activities between authors, editors, designers, and management to ensure the timely and accurate completion of book publications. Follow established book publishing processes and procedures to deliver high-quality products to authors. Requirements Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken).
