Position Summary
We ́re seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive business growth and manage strategic relationships within the Open Market channel, with a strong focus on national retail chains. The adecuado candidate has proven experience managing key accounts such as Coppel , a solid understanding of the product listing process, and a successful track record in the mobile phone industry. Candidates with relevant experience in the broader consumer electronics industry will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and market share objectives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key national retail chain customers, particularly Coppel , as well as other strategic accounts. - Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, promotions, product launches, and annual business plans. - Manage the end-to-end product listing process, ensuring timely onboarding of new SKUs and compliance with customer requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance,



and Product Management, to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives. - Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, sell-through, and forecasting to optimize account performance. - Identify new business opportunities within the Open Market channel and develop strategies to expand INFINIX's presence. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable business recommendations. - Ensure excellent customer service and resolve commercial issues in a timely manner. - Prepare regular business reviews, sales reports, and performance presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or similar commercial role. - Proven experience managing Open Market customers, parti
