This role will lead and execute B2B marketing strategies focused on demand generation, user acquisition, positioning, and pipeline growth for technology platforms operating across the United States and Latin America. We are NOT looking for a purely corporate branding or agency-management profile. We are looking for a true growth marketing operator with direct experience executing digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and working inside fast-growing SaaS/startup environments. Generate pipeline and commercial opportunities. Execute multi-channel performance-driven campaigns. Paid Media & Demand Generation Build and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. Optimize CPC, CAC, CVR, and overall campaign performance. Execute A/B testing and continuous experimentation. Analytics & Performance Analyze campaign metrics and user behavior. Generate actionable insights based on data. Align messaging, go-to-market initiatives, and commercial objectives. Ideal Profile Experience 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
