About the Role We are seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records, reporting, and accounting operations. In this role, you will support the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, reconciliations, and management reporting while partnering with multiple stakeholders across the organization. and management reports for assigned business units or companies Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Perform bank account and general ledger reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions Research accounting issues, investigate errors, and provide recommendations for resolution Review, test, and validate accounting impacts associated with system changes and enhancements Prepare balance sheet and operating results analyses, including variance and deviation reporting Support business units, finance partners, and actuarial teams with financial and accounting-related requests Assist in the preparation of state and regulatory filings and related documentation Develop supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external reporting requirements Participate in special projects, process improvement
