The IT Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Technology positions , ensuring the attraction, assessment and selection of qualified talent according to business requirements,



technical profiles and established hiring timelines.
The role acts as a specialized Talent Acquisition partner for IT , working closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Technology stakeholders to understand technical requirements, define sourcing strategies and provide market insights throughout the recruitment process.
This position manages multiple specialized and potentially hard-to-fill IT requisitions simultaneously and is expected to operate with a high level of autonomy, providing guidance to stakeholders regarding talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations and recruitment strategies.
The IT Recruitment Coordinator also contributes to strengthening CEVA's technology talent pipeline, employer brand and recruitment capabilities by developing specialized sourcing channels and maintaining active talent communities for critical IT skills.
