You'll also collaborate with Managers, Engineers, Marketers, and Content Strategists to define product strategy and execution. What you'll do End-to-End Design: Lead the complete design cycle, from discovery and problem definition to high-fidelity delivery and post-launch follow-up. Design, test, and refine solutions based on evidence (quantitative and qualitative), understanding that the first design is only the starting point.
Contribute to and scale our design system, ensuring coherence and efficiency across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android). Communication: Clearly articulate design decisions, using data and UX principles to support your proposals to multidisciplinary teams. Who you are 4+ years of experience in Product Design, with a demonstrated ability to create user-centered design solutions. Experience in mass consumption digital products (B2C) or SaaS is a nice to have. Mastery of Figma and FigJam to create interactive prototypes and detailed design assets. Proficiency in design systems development and implementation, ensuring consistency across experiences.
