The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a program portfolio within an assigned region. This role works closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to procure and fulfill program itineraries, ensuring quality, cost control, and operational excellence throughout the lifecycle of each program. This is a key role in the production of WorldStrides' core business. The Operations Coordinator manages logistics, supplier relationships, pricing oversight, and operational timelines while balancing dependencies, compliance requirements, and budget constraints. Responsibilities: Program Operations & Supplier Management Maintain regular communication with suppliers,



Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and other partners. Allocate and book services with suppliers, ensuring the best balance of price, quality, and feasibility. Monitor reservations, services provided, and related deposits or transactions. Inform ground teams when services or rooms need to be reserved, adjusted, or cancelled. Pricing, Cost Control & Documentation Submit requests for quotes and assess proposals for feasibility, accuracy, and compliance. Review, evaluate, and maintain pricebooks, ensuring ongoing updates and quality control. Cross Functional Collaboration Support Sales, Program Management (PM), Account Managers (AMs), Risk, and other internal teams with destination specific operational information. Facilitate internal transition calls between Account Managers and Program Management Coordinators. Deliver essential operational details to Account Managers for the pre departure phas
