Actively drive challenging automotive-related projects focusing on production optimization for our customers, which can include daily production planning to meet customer requirements of quality, quantity, and delivery.
Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
Assess current workflows, systems, and structures to identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
Design and implement process improvements across supply chain, manufacturing,



logistics, or service delivery functions.
Projects may include inventory control, cycle counting, confirming product orders, shipping, and receiving, supervising work force and more.
Evaluate vendor, supplier, or contractor performance and support procurement optimization efforts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards in operational procedures.
Requirements 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, process improvement, supply chain, or management consulting.
Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration or related, preferred.
Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
