We're Hiring: Contact Center Specialist
Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco – Onsite
Salary: $19,500 MXN/month + benefits above the law
Education: Bachelor's degree / Graduation required
Are you passionate about customer service, communication, and helping people find the right healthcare support?
We're looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and consumers, helping them navigate appointments, services, and general inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
What You'll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments across healthcare facilities and clinics.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services, providers, locations, and procedures.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and registration details.
- Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective resolutions.




- Accurately document calls and interactions using EHR/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with clinics, providers, and internal teams to resolve patient needs.
- Follow established contact center processes, workflows, quality standards, and service-level requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and follow applicable HIPAA/privacy requirements.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, contact center, healthcare, patient access, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple applications and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
- Experience with healthcare platforms such as Epic is a plus.
