This is not an entry-level data-entry seat—it is the operational and financial backbone of the portfolio. This execution-and-analysis role inherits heavy volume from day one. Financial Data & Reporting: Build clean reporting templates,



track property KPIs, and support budget variance tracking.
AP/AR & Vendor Operations: Monitor accounts payable/receivable workflows, delinquency tracking, and invoice processing. Conduct routine system audits, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain professional vendor relationships start to finish.
Identify repetitive tasks and implement AI/automation solutions ( , Zapier, Claude). System & Data Integrity: Maintain proficiency in Yardi, Coda, AvidXchange, Excel, and Google Workspace. Catch data synchronization errors across financial platforms early.

Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) with clear, professional communication skills.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred. Proven background in high-volume operations, business administration, finance, or property management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. C
