Role:
Manages the day-to-day operations of all shifts of one or more manufacturing production lines.
What you'll do:
Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management team.
Overseeing operations activities, ensuring that safety, and schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.
Evaluates projects to define desired outcomes, methods, and requirements (costs, personnel use, equipment, space, etc.).




Monitoring overall operations performance and implementing production safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
Ensures the compliance of all regulatory guidelines and forges a safe and sound manufacturing environment.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields
Intermediate English

Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position:
Production Training:
CNC Plasma Cutting. Knowledge of torch adjustment, speed, and height (THC), as well as managing thermal distortion and burr, and understanding electrode and nozzle consumption and lifespan.
Oxyfuel Cutting. Knowledge of correct nozzle selection based on thickness, gas/oxygen mixtures (acetylene, propane, natural gas), clean starts, and slag control.
Blueprint Reading and Nesting. Interpretation
