This role is for a senior developer who has extensive experience in the ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) platform and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes. This role will work closely with the ServiceNow HR team to provide subject matter expertise and help translate stakeholders’ business needs into technology solutions.

Design, develop,



and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions that meet the business requirements and adhere to the best practices and standards.
Partner closely with the ServiceNow HR team to provide subject matter expertise, understand stakeholder business needs, and translate those needs into scalable technology solutions.
Translate the business requirements to technical solutions and provide estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow HRSD solutions and ensure quality and performance.
Provide support and maintenance for the existing ServiceNow HRSD solutions and resolve issues and incidents.
Configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, including NowAssist, Employee Center Pro, case and knowledge management, lifecycle events, integrations, and employee document management.
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage NowAssist, Moveworks, automation, and AI-enabled self-service to reduce manual effort
