About the Role
As Manufacturing Quality Problem Solver Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving manufacturing and product quality issues within the operations.



This role plays a critical part in driving root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with customer and industry standards. The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies. Must understand the philosophy of HPS (Continuous Improvement). Develop Harman skills and competences in employees.
What You Will Do
Lead and facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) for production and customer-related issues.
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as:
8D (Eight Disciplines)
A3 Thinking
DMAIC (Six Sigma)
5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone)
Investigate internal defects and customer complaints that affect the operation.
Develop, implement, and validate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor effectiveness of solutions and ensure permanent resolution.
