We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager – Finance to lead multiple cross-functional technology projects supporting finance organizations. The idóneo candidate will have proven experience managing 3–5 concurrent projects, with ownership of scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, vendors, and delivery.
This role requires strong knowledge of finance processes and technology, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 3–5 concurrent IT projects from planning through completion.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and milestones.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking,



and ROI analysis.
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Manage relationships with finance, IT, business stakeholders, senior leadership, and third-party vendors.
Provide regular project status, risk, budget, and delivery updates to leadership.
Manage vendor activities, contractual deliverables, and RFI/RFP processes.
Ensure projects follow established PMO and project lifecycle methodologies.
Track project metrics, document lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
Mandatory Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
5+ years of Project Management experience and 8+ years of related IT or business experience.
