Payroll Manager
The Payroll Manager oversees end-to-end payroll operations for Mexico, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing across all locations. Oversees payroll data validation, adjustments, statutory payments and reporting, government contributions, vendor coordination, audits, and issue resolution. Serves as a key point of contact for payroll-related matters, ensuring compliance with Mexican payroll regulations and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and third-party providers.
Role Responsibilities and Scope




All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline
Ensure compliance with Mexico payroll, tax, and social security requirements.
Validate payroll data and coordinate timely submission to the payroll provider.
Review salary adjustments, deductions, prorations, and supplemental payments.
Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies before processing.
Address payroll inquiries and resolve employee/business partner issues.
Coordinate with the payroll provider on issues, approvals, and follow-ups.
Oversee new hire, termination, and year-end payroll processes.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory payments and government contributions.
Requirements and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in a similar role, supporting payroll-related compensation and benefits transactions, including deductions, taxable benefits, employer contribut
