Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Join PepsiCo's North America Beverage Contract Operations team and play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy, financial integrity, and exceptional customer service across our beverage network. As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst,



you will investigate and resolve post-shipment billing discrepancies, manage operational requests, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate transactions, timely resolutions, and a seamless customer experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in supply chain operations, invoicing processes, SAP migration initiatives, and data-driven decision making while supporting one of PepsiCo's largest businesses.
Your Impact
Investigate and resolve post-shipment billing discrepancies raised by bottlers and franchise partners, validating quantities, shipments, inventory records, and delivery information.
Ensure accurate processing of credits, debits, returns, and invoice adjustments while protecting PepsiCo's financial accuracy and compliance.
Manage requests received through the SPA mailbox, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving inquiries within established Service Level Agree
