Overview

Mastercard Services is responsible for helping customers grow, protect, and optimize their businesses through a portfolio of data, consulting, loyalty, cybersecurity, fraud, and digital solutions. Services Business Development plays a critical role in driving customer strategy and accelerating growth through acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and long-term partnership development.

We are seeking an experienced Vice President,



Services Business Development to lead the growth agenda for a strategic financial institution relationship. This executive will be responsible for developing senior client relationships, identifying opportunities across Mastercard's Services portfolio, and delivering sustainable revenue growth while serving as a trusted advisor to client executives.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, consultative selling, executive presence, and strong cross-functional leadership to unlock value for clients and Mastercard.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Leadership
Own the Services growth strategy for a strategic client portfolio.
Deliver against annual revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives.
Identify, develop, and close opportunities across Mastercard's Services portfolio, including Consulting, Analytics, Loyalty, and Security Solutions.
Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract processes.
