At Arrow, we're currently looking for a Customer Support Associate. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers through order management for light manufacturing orders handling the end-to-end process.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal teams.
Collaborating with different teams and departments, including sales, planning, warehouse, transportation, quality, buyers, and many others.
Analyzing data in a “Order to Invoice” perspective to find possible actions/solutions to take proactively.
Providing status reports to the customer regarding open and closed orders.
Acting as a first point of escalation after initial requests, regarding expedi
