Overview:
We are seeking a Software Engineer III to support and enhance our marketing technology ecosystem through the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical integrations and business systems. This role serves as a key technical partner to Marketing Operations, owning the technical health of platforms such as Marketo, integrations with Salesforce, and other marketing technology solutions.
The idóneo candidate has experience building and supporting SaaS integrations, diagnosing complex system issues,



and collaborating across technical and business teams. This engineer will serve as the primary technical resource for marketing technology integrations, ensuring business-critical workflows remain reliable, scalable, and well supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology & Integrations:
Own the technical management and ongoing support of the Marketo-Salesforce integration, and various other marketing tools with enterprise applications.
Design, implement, monitor, and maintain integrations between marketing, CRM, content, video and brand assets platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting marketing technology platforms, data flows, and automated processes.
Serve as the primary engineering point of contact when marketing technology integrations or workflows fail.
Partner with marketing operations and content marketing teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
