Job Description:
How you will make your mark:
Support the implementation and ongoing expansion of the HR Data Lake, including data discovery, analysis, mapping, validation, and governance activities.
Partner with HR stakeholders,



source system owners, IT teams, and the Data Office to define business requirements and data needs.
Analyze data flows and business processes to ensure accurate movement and transformation of data into enterprise data platforms.
Support data quality, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities across HR data domains.
Contribute to the implementation and administration of self-service reporting, visualization, and analytics solutions.
Develop reporting requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver actionable business insights.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through process redesign, automation, analytics, and technology solutions.
Support business case development, solution evaluation, and implementation planning for HR transformation initiatives.
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving HR technology, data management, reporting, a
