Drives the implementation of best in class Human Resources (HR) systems/solutions providing relevant, timely, and accurate HR information for HR planning, decision-making, labor compliance,



learning & development and performance measurement. Responsible for requirements definition, design, development, implementation and ongoing production support of HR Information Systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of team member information. Works with HR process owners, business stakeholders, IT providers and other project teams to evaluate software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Defines and implements HR processes and tools that improve team member experience. Delivers HR reporting and insights as a service or a solution by developing custom reports.
