The HR Director,
Latin America is the senior-most HR leader for the LATAM region and a critical member of both the Americas HR Leadership Team and regional business leadership teams. Reporting directly to the Americas HR Leader, this executive leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing an integrated people strategy that advances business growth, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Functional organizations throughout Latin America.
Serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, the HR Director LATAM ensures talent, organization, and culture strategies are embedded into business decisions and transformation priorities. The role leads a regional HR organization supporting approximately 3,750 employees across eight countries and serves as the primary HR voice for LATAM within the broader Americas organization.
