Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Business Partnering

Develop and communicate a clear HR strategy for PIL Mexico, aligned with PIL's long-term goals and regional priorities.
Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership and managers on HR policy, organisational design, and people decisions.
Drive integral and regional HR projects, adapting them to local contexts.
Provide leadership with insights and recommendations on workforce trends and organisational development.

2. Employee Experience & Engagement

Drive initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and engagement, including Great Place to Work annual survey, and action plans.
Advise managers on employee relations and engagement strategies.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
