MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Ensure compliance with production processes, respecting quality, safety, and efficiency guidelines.
Promote good health and safety practices and behaviors.
Participate in the different phases of new product development.
Manage daily activity planning, adherence to the production schedule, equipment repair, and inventory.
Train and develop the knowledge of your team.
Promote organizational objectives with your team using BRPMS tools. Apply lean manufacturing principles, for example: SMED, 5M, TPM, Poka-Yoke, 5S, OPT, Six Sigma projects, and visual workflow management.




Ensure the team maintains the paint shop in good condition and clean.
Optimize production downtime.
Reduce waste and expenses in the department by implementing proper tracking.
Report production issues to the organization.
