Role Overview
We are hiring a Talent Headhunting Partner to focus exclusively on headhunting passive talent — candidates who are currently employed and not actively seeking new opportunities. Your mandate is to: Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through tailored outbound strategies Pre-qualify candidates to ensure strong role, compensation, and motivation alignment Deliver a steady flow of high-quality, TA-ready candidates for active client roles Adapt headhunting strategies based on pipeline health and feedback This role is intentionally designed as: Passive Headhunting (Non–Job-Seeking Talent) – 80% Pipeline
