About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Construction Estimator
to join a growing construction firm. This role will primarily focus on commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects, with residential estimating as a secondary component. The adecuado candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in producing accurate, competitive estimates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial tenant improvement projects Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation Perform quantity take-offs and pricing Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Analyze labor, material, and time requirements Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate budgeting Support residential estimating when needed Proven experience as a Construction Estimator,



preferably in commercial TI projects Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Experience with take-off and estimating software Excellent analytical and mathematical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet tight deadlines Language & Schedule Requirements Fluent English (required) Spanish (strong plus) Availability to work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client.
This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
