Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging to set appointments Listen actively and reassure with empathy Manage and update calendars accurately Keep clear records of conversations and follow-ups Adapt quickly to new tools, scripts, and processes Work with multiple clients, each with unique systems and needs What We're Looking For
Full-time availability (no part-time/adaptable setups) Must be able to work Canada business hours Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
