Senior Engineer
who could transition to
Founding Engineer

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications (frontend and backend). Collaborate with the founding team to define technical architecture and establish engineering best practices. Build end-to-end features with high standards of quality, speed, and scalability. Ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency in production environments. Contribute to the product roadmap by proposing innovative and scalable solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing,



and continuous improvement processes. Prepare the engineering team to scale, including mentoring future hires.
Requirements: 1.5 to 6 years
of professional software development experience. Strong command of at least one
full technology stack (frontend + backend)
with the ability to design
scalable solutions. Proven track record of applying
best practices:
testing, clean code, design patterns, documentation, CI/CD. Experience with
relational and/or non-relational databases . Hands-on experience deploying applications to the
cloud
(AWS, GCP, Azure, or others). Solid experience with version control (Git) in collaborative environments. Builder mindset: passion for building, experimenting, and shipping fast. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-pace startup environment. Apply only if you truly believe you're in the
