We are looking for a UX professional with 5+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products and experiences, ideally within complex or regulated environments. This role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Must-have Skills:
Human-Centered Design:
Applies user-centered methodologies to frame problems, ideate solutions, and deliver seamless, intuitive digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
End-to-End UX Design:
Leads the creation of user journeys, flows,



wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align user needs with business goals.
UX Research & Insights:
Conducts user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and uncover innovation opportunities.
Data-Driven Design:
Translates behavioral data and user insights into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Works closely with product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-quality experiences.
Design Tools Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for rapid ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
Design Systems & Accessibility:
