sales professionals
across
Mexico, Brazil , and for
US-based companies . This is a dynamic, cross-regional role where you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for both
regional and international sales positions , partnering with hiring teams across time zones and geographies. What You'll Be Doing:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across Mexico, Brazil, and the US market Source and engage top sales talent through LinkedIn, job boards,



referrals, and direct outreach Conduct screening interviews and manage candidates through the entire recruitment process Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and feedback Ensure an excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints Collaborate with remote teams across different time zones (US & LATAM) Maintain data integrity in ATS and track recruiting metrics What We're Looking For:
4+ years of recruitment experience, with proven success hiring BDRs, SDRs, AEs, and Enterprise Sales roles Hands-on experience hiring in Mexico and Brazil; strong familiarity with local talent markets Experience hiring for US-based companies is strongly preferred Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; strong English communication skills (written & spoken) Solid understanding of remote work culture and international collaboration Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multipl
