What you bring 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems Experience working with real-time data pipelines and event-driven systems Proficiency in
Python
and/or
Go Experience with relational databases such as
PostgreSQL Experience with large-scale data systems such as
ClickHouse Hands-on experience with
OpenSearch
or similar search technologies Experience with message brokers such as
Kafka
and
RabbitMQ Strong understanding of scalable system design and high-throughput architectures Advanced English proficiency
