At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a
Google Ads Senior Account Manager
to lead a team of Google Ads Account Managers while personally managing a reduced portfolio of high-value PPC clients. This is a
player-coach role . You'll remain hands-on with Google Ads while coaching your team, reviewing campaign quality, managing escalations, improving processes, and driving client retention. Your goal:
deliver excellent PPC performance, develop stronger Account Managers, and keep great clients longer. What You'll Own
Google Ads Strategy & Client Management
Own a reduced portfolio of high-value




Google Ads/PPC accounts Develop and optimize strategies based on performance data and business objectives Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations Serve as a senior strategic advisor and escalation point Identify account risks before they impact retention Manage high-stakes client conversations Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead a pod of up to
7 Google Ads Account Managers . Run weekly 1:1s, coaching sessions, and role plays Review campaign strategy, client calls, and deliverable quality QA Account Manager work and maintain PPC standards Coach team members on
Google Ads and Local Services Ads (LSA) Onboard and train new Account Managers Support hiring and performance evaluations Allocate accounts and balance team capacity Identify and address performance gaps You won't build campaigns for your Account Managers—you'll
