Amazon Ads is our highest-complexity paid channel and it doesn't have a dedicated technical owner. That's the gap this role closes. You'll be the internal expert: the person who builds the campaign structures, owns the optimization logic, writes the playbook, and makes every peso and dollar work harder. You won't be supervising someone else's work you'll be doing it yourself, with full technical autonomy. Campaign Management: Manage and optimize SP, SB, SD, and DSP campaigns. Execute keyword harvesting, negative matching, and ranking bursts. Monitor CTR, CPC, CVR, ACOS, and TACOS with a clear action plan every week. Playbook & Standards: Build and maintain the PPC playbook - campaign structures, naming conventions, optimization criteria. Document everything so knowledge stays in the company, not just in your head. Listings & SEO: Audit and optimize marketplace listings for SEO and conversion. Align pa
