Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally. Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or team members. Gather relevant information before escalating issues. Maintain detailed notes and communication records. Ensure all customer requests are handled appropriately and efficiently. Order & Request Processing
Process customer requests, forms, applications, and service-related inquiries. Verify information for accuracy and completeness. Follow established procedures and workflows. Track and document customer requests through resolution. Administrative Support
Assist with daily administrative and operation
