The Role We are looking for talented professionals to join our Financial Advisory team in Latin America based in Mexico City. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of strategic and financial situations, including capital structure advisory, M&A;, performance improvement, and restructuring. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in investment banking, capital advisory, private equity, or restructuring, who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work closely with senior leadership to deliver high-impact solutions to clients. You will support corporates, lenders, and investors in evaluating strategic options and transactions, optimizing capital structures, and navigating complex financial challenges. This includes a wide range of complex situations, with a focus on delivering tailored, actionable advice.
Key Responsibilities Client Service
Contribute to and lead workstreams on advisory projects, including capital raising, refinancing, M&A;, and restructuring




Build and review financial models, including integrated three-statement models, liquidity forecasts, and valuation analyses
Prepare client presentations, board materials, and stakeholder communications
Manage junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture
Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Knowledge Acquisition
Builds client relationship skills, sector knowledge and continues to develop leadership skills.
Continues to build technical expertise, broader business advisory and people management skills.
Understands the market, topical issues and our Restructuring propositions.
People and Leadership
