to join our growing international team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing multi-brand e-commerce group headquartered in the UK, operating across the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, and scaling towards £100M in annual revenue. The
Live Operations Administrator
plays a key role in supporting live shopping and auction events by managing and moderating real-time customer interaction, ensuring a high-energy, engaging, and commercially effective live experience. This is a fast-paced, operational role ideal for someone who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in real-time environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively moderate live chat during auctions and live shopping events
- Maintain high levels of chat activity to support the flow of the auction
- Respond quickly and appropriately to viewer messages
- Ensure chat remains relevant, positive, and aligned with brand tone
- Prompt viewers to participate using proven engagement technique




- Encourage passive viewers to become active bidders or participants
- Welcome and onboard new viewers throughout the show
- Reinforce urgency using prompts, countdowns, and call-to-action messaging
- Highlight bidding activity and call out participants in real time
- Support the host in maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Assist in driving momentum during key auction moments
- Help build a strong sense of community within live audiences
- Promote upcoming shows, announcements, and repeat attendance
- Encourage ongoing engagement beyond individual events
- Excellent written English (clear, fast, and confident communication)
- Ability to work a versátil shift schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in real-time environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure live settings
- Strong typing speed and responsiveness
- Ability to follow
