Atlassian Cloud Administration Administer and maintain Jira Software Cloud and Confluence Cloud configurations. Configure workflows, issue types, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and automation rules. Maintain and administer permission groups aligned with governance and project needs. Ensure consistent application of SDLC workflow and naming standards. AI Enablement & Support Enable and support the use of Rovo AI and Atlassian Intelligence across Jira and Confluence.
Assist users with AI-assisted features such as summarization, search enhancements, suggestions, and smart automation. Support rollouts of new AI capabilities by preparing configurations, validating impacts,



and helping teams adopt AI tools. Ensure AI-powered features are used in alignment with established SDLC processes and governance.
Identify basic workflow improvements that can leverage AI-assisted automation and partner with the Senior Manager for strategic evaluation. SDLC Tooling Support Provide administration support for Phoenix Incident Management (basic configuration and usage support). Provide administration support for DX (workspace presence, team connections, correct tool mapping). Administer Tempo Timesheets at a foundational level. Administer Jira add-ons and maintain their configuration integrity.
