This a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in our office. There is no option to be fully remote.
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our North American Experienced Hire Recruiting team, based in our Mexico City office. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process, including resume management, interview scheduling and logistics, meeting and room coordination, candidate travel arrangements as needed, expense processing, and offer preparation.
Coordinate a high volume of interviews and related logistics, including video conferences, office visits,



phone screens, and debrief meetings.
Coordinate candidate travel and expenses, as needed.
Support additional recruiting initiatives, projects, and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
~1–3 years of experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition team, or 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
~ Experience within management consulting, financial services, or another professional services environment is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
Strong calendar management and scheduling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines.
Fluency in English.
