As a Meta & Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to execute strategies, improve performance, and maintain consistent results across multiple ad accounts.



This is a high-impact role for someone who can work independently, thinks strategically, and brings strong technical expertise. What You'll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta Ads
and
Google Ads
campaigns across various funnel stages. Conduct audience and competitor research to build strong targeting foundations. Write effective ad copy and collaborate on creative direction. Analyze daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.). Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly. Develop and test new strategies, audiences, creatives, and bid structures. Collaborate with internal teams for strategy reviews and campaign planning.
