Job Description
As a
Customer Engagement Marketing Coordinator , you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers by: Creating and optimizing marketing campaigns to improve customer retention and growth. Managing our referral program, ensuring engagement, visibility, and timely reward fulfillment. Coordinating in-person events and executive dinners with MedTrainer leadership, including communications before and after.



Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Content, and Product Marketing teams to align goals and messaging.
Supporting the planning and launch of our first virtual user conference in 2025, as well as additional online summits and roundtables. Overseeing customer review campaigns (G2, Capterra), maintaining our strong online presence and top rankings. Leading customer outreach and storytelling efforts through webinars, testimonials, and case studies. Executing personalized initiatives like sending branded swag and curated communications to nurture loyalty. Using survey data and customer feedback to drive relevant content and updates tailored to our audience.
Qualifications
What You Bring 2–5 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably with a U.S.-based company. Based in Querétaro, Mexico, with availability to work on-site. Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail. Ability
