Overview In this role, you will own the end-to-end scoping and quoting process,
acting as a strategic liaison to the Project Management team to guarantee seamless client delivery. You will also play a key part in project success by leveraging language technology and developing pilot processes to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
Generate precise project quotes and calculate turnaround times, aligning technical specifications with client expectations.
Drive quote conversion by following up on proposals to meet and exceed target acceptance rates.
Identify revenue opportunities and "add-on" business within existing accounts to support long-term retention.
Provide consultative advice to clients on project optimization, balancing product quality with cost-efficiency.
Partner with Business Development to design and execute sales strategies for key accounts.
Monitor account health and service usage, providing actionable feedback to internal teams to improve client satisfaction.
