Insulation Installation Package Manager
to join our team on a major industrial construction project in Los Mochis, Mexico. This site-based role is responsible for the execution, coordination, and delivery of the full insulation scope (both self-performed and subcontracted) across large-scale facilities, including ammonia, methanol, and petrochemical plants. Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete insulation scope, including material selection, cladding, and field installation in line with project specifications. Collaborate with the Mechanical Site Manager and Construction Manager to plan and execute insulation works for piping and equipment. Define work fronts, release sequences, and system priorities to meet project milestones and support commissioning. Review and approve method statements and installation procedures, ensuring compliance with standards and CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) prevention practices.



Validate subcontractor progress and approve payment applications according to contractual agreements. Construction Planning & Control
Lead daily and weekly planning activities and maintain a 4-week lookahead schedule. Ensure all insulation works (cladding, application, sealing) meet safety and quality requirements. Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions when deviations occur. Manage material logistics, including insulation materials and metallic jacketing, ensuring proper storage and availability. Support project controls with progress updates, manpower planning, and cost forecasts. Team & Subcontractor Management
Coordinate insulation teams and align priorities with project goals. Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and document progress and performance.
