- Manage and control warehouse process ( inbound, picking, inventory) with a high standard of responsibility, keeping safety, quality and productivity KPI.
- Responsible of inventory accuracy and cycle count plan.
- Lead groups in order to reach productivity and safety guidelines (union workers).
- Good communication with team members of different areas ( procurement, production team, planner, external warehouse , etc.).
- Available to roll shifts and cover weekend activities. What will you need to succeed?
- Industrial, mechanical, administrative or related engineering bachelor degree.
- 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience as industrial, logistic, process or production engineering/supervisor.
- Soft skills for personel administration.
