Key Responsibilities
Build deep, trust-based relationships with existing enterprise customers by actively supporting account strategy and showcasing new capabilities Deliver engaging technical product demonstrations and training sessions for both executives and end users, in person and remotely Own and maintain customer education resources, including the vHive knowledge base and branded video tutorials Lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions, ensuring customers are maximizing value from the vHive platform and drone workflows Conduct regular check-ins and calls with customers to promote adopti
