We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas, supporting U.S.-based clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The idóneo candidate combines strong execution skills with a collaborative mindset, professionalism, and a high level of accountability. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake to offer stage
- Recruit across a variety of roles, including approximately 20–30% IT profiles and 70–80% non-IT roles (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, and operational roles)
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Conduct structured phone screens and interviews aligned with defined processes
- Ensure salary expectations, location, English level,



and role criteria are validated before candidate presentation
- Present high-quality, well-documented candidate profiles aligned with intake requirements
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in ATS (Workable)
- Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
- Support reference checks and final hiring steps when required
- Contribute to pipeline strategy and sourcing efforts when needed
- Follow defined recruiting workflows, templates, and communication standards
- 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proven experience recruiting IT profiles as well as functional roles such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations
- Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track deadlines, pipelines, and stakeholder commun
