Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator (Plant – Querétaro, Mexico)
Position Summary
The Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the plant's administrative operations, including order management, billing processes, customer service, and cross-functional coordination.
This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, and internal operational teams (production, planning, quality, and logistics). The position requires a high level of autonomy, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Financial Coordination
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Validate billing accuracy and resolve complex discrepancies
Generate and manage purchase orders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records




Develop and present administrative and operational reports to Plant Management
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement controls
Customer Service & Order Management
Coordinate and manage customer orders within ERP systems
Ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment (OTIF)
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations
Analyze customer issues and drive resolution in coordination with internal teams
Maintain strong communication with Sales, sharing updates and improvement opportunities
Monitor order flow and proactively address potential delays
Operational Coordination
Act as a liaison between production, planning, logistics, and quality teams
Participate in operational meetings (production reviews, planning meetings, etc.)
Align operational priorities based on customer requirements
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
