Data & Analytics Manager
to join our team and lead data-driven solutions for our customers. This role is pivotal in balancing strategic management with hands-on execution, ensuring that our data initiatives are not only well-planned but also effectively implemented.
The Data & Analytics Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, critical analysis,



and leadership skills to drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives while also being actively involved in day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for the tracking strategy of one of the biggest e-commerces in Mexico, it will require your ability to translate behavior metrics into business insights and data visualizations that feed and drive marketing and product initiatives.
Requirements:
Excellent level of English C1 or above and Spanish communication (reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory )
Experience working with international clients
Proficiency with PowerBI
Practical Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Strong work in customer segmentation.
Strong strategic thinking and product mindset
Experience with value-based prioritization
Proven team leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Reside in Mexico City
