- Basic salary: *RM 4000 – 5000*
- Transportation allowance: *RM 500* per month (pro-rated) based on the number of working days travelled
- Night shift allowance: *RM 25 per night* *22 working days = RM 550
- Total all-inclusive salary: *5000 – 6000+* *Note : RM 1000 joining bonus for all the candidates. This will be effective immediately.* *MEDICAL Benefits* In / Out patient benefits shall be provided for self, spouse & children (if any) Benefits of Tech Mahindra:

- Annual Leave 10 days for first 2 years, 12 days after completion of 2 years (prorated).
- Medical Leave as per Labor law - 14 days.
- Bereavement leave – 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents).
- Maternity Leave – for 98 consecutive days for female associate. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date.
- Paternity leaves – 7 days
