MezTal is hiring an experienced Agile Project Manager to support a US-based client in the Senior Living and Healthcare Services sector. This role will be key in driving Agile transformation initiatives, supporting large-scale Agile delivery, and enabling cross-functional teams to successfully deliver IT projects and digital initiatives aligned with business strategy. The Agile Project Manager will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, supporting Agile Release Train (ART) execution, facilitating Agile events, managing dependencies and risks, and driving continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Project Execution
Lead implementation and delivery of key IT and digital transformation projects. Develop and execute complex project and delivery plans. Ensure successful value delivery aligned with business objectives. ART Facilitation & SAFe Execution
Facilitate ART events and ceremonies, including: PI Planning Scrum of Scrums ART Sync Inspect & Adapt
Ensure adherence to SAFe principles and Agile best practices. Backlog & Prioritization




Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to: Maintain and prioritize ART backlog Align delivery with strategic business goals Ensure continuous value delivery
Risk, Dependency & Release Management
Identify and mitigate cross-team risks and dependencies. Escalate impediments and drive resolution. Coordinate release planning and execution with technical and business teams. Communicate release status and delivery health to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement & Metrics
Use Agile metrics and delivery data to: Identify improvement opportunities Optimize ART performance Improve delivery predictability and flow
Facilitate retrospectives and improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates on delivery progress, risks, and issues. Ensure transparency across teams and leadership. Support product demos and feedback cycles. Coaching & Agile Culture
