In MezTal we are seeking a highly experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of complex, enterprise-level IT initiatives within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This role goes beyond facilitation. The Agile Project Manager will serve as a key delivery leader responsible for ensuring predictable, successful execution of programs across multiple teams, managing risks and dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes. The idóneo candidate brings hands-on experience leading Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating PI Planning and ART ceremonies, and ensuring delivery predictability, transparency, and accountability in fast-paced enterprise environments. This individual must be comfortable working with executive stakeholders, driving alignment, managing ambiguity, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery Leadership & Program Execution
Lead the successful execution and delivery of enterprise IT initiatives across multiple Agile teams. Own delivery predictability,



ensuring teams meet commitments and timelines. Drive execution by identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments, and ensuring timely resolution. Develop and maintain program-level plans, timelines, and delivery milestones. Ensure alignment between delivery execution and business objectives. ART Facilitation & SAFe Execution
Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions. Coordinate work across multiple teams to ensure alignment and continuous progress. Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and execution risks. Ensure ART objectives are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered. Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Communication
